岗位技术要求：
1. 对数据管理和地理信息系统分析有过经验，特别是用Filemaker, SPSS/Stata, E-views等有关的软件做数据调整、对接、整合以及分离等；
2. 熟知地理信息系统(Arcview GIS, MapWindow) 以及谷歌地图（Google earth）和KML文本；
3. 对中国地理和行政区划了解；
4. 能用SPSS，最好Stata, Perl等编分析软件编写分析程序；
5. 对社会科学的数据分析有很好的了解，并能够边干边学。
工作任务包括：（1）管理和维护数据库；（2）用不同的软件转换数据（数据调整、对接以及分离等）; (3) 将新数据整合进现有的数据库；（4）设计和更新项目的网页；（5）设计和执行数据质量控制程序。雇佣期为一年合同，工作表现良好可续约。

Assistant Computer Officer (Carrying the job title of “Data Manager”; Equivalent to Computer Technician II Diploma/Certificate）
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines. Working experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
Experience with data management for statistical and GIS analysis, especially reshaping, matching, merging, and splitting data using Filemaker, SPSS, E-views and related software;
Competent with GIS information systems (Arcview GIS, MapWindow) as well as Google earth (including KML scripting);
Excellent knowledge
