※ 夏波博士简介：
After receiving his PhD from the Department of Building and Real Estate, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2010, Dr Xia joined the Queensland University of Technology in 2011 as a full time lecturer in construction management under the university’s Early Career Academic Recruitment and Development (ECARD) Program.
His research interests mainly focus on sustainable urban development and construction management Despite completing his PhD as recently as 2010, Dr Xia has already built an impressive track record of 27 refereed publications, which include articles in SCI/SSCI journals. Additionally, he has secured a research grant from the Education Trust of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to investigate the sustainability issues of the retirement villages. Currently, Dr Xia has also been working with Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) and University of South Australia to investigate the challenges of the Green Star implementation for prospective clients in Australia.
