中文简介：Journal of Chinese Governance（JCG）是著名国际出版社Routledge旗下的全英文国际期刊，于2016年创刊，每年4期，按照政治学和公共管理学科期刊的国际通行办刊模式，其所发表的全部研究论文均经过严
格的匿名评审。除了发表原创性学术研究论文，本刊还发表论文专辑、专题和评议治理各领域新兴研究成果的书评，是我国“中国治理”研究领域内唯一的英文期刊。2017年，JCG 被Clarivate Analytics（原汤森路透，Thomson Reuter）旗下Web of Science Core Collection（科学网核心期刊）的Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)收录。2020年，JCG成功入选Clarivate’s Web of Science旗下的Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI)。JCG旨在发表探讨当代中国治理重大理论与实践问题的原创性前沿研究成果，所涉及的研究主题涵盖国家治理能力与现代化、地方治理、公司治理、非营利组织治理、社会治理、政策治理、环境治理、能源治理、气候治理、公民参与公共事务、公共服务、中国参与全球治理等。此外，本刊还举办了多次国际学术研讨会，包括公共行政与法治、中国治理的新模式、公共服务合作生产、政治代表制等多个话题，邀请到David H. Rosenblooom、Jane Mansbridge、Adam Przeworski、Jerry Stoke、Thomas Heberer等著名国际学者参会并报告。
英文简介：Journal of Chinese Governance started its publication in 2016, and offers 4 issues per year. Published by the world-famous Taylor Francis/Routledge, it is the only English academic journal in China that gives insights to Chinese governance. All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review. This journal also publishes book reviews to disseminate comprehensive reviews of emerging topics in all areas of governance. JCG has been included in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) of Clarivate Analytics’ (Thomson Reuter) Web of Science Core Collection since 2017. In August 2020, JCG was included in Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) of Clarivate’s Web of Science. The journal aims to explore the changing state-society relationship and governance practice in China, and offers up-to-date empirical research, theoretical and policy articles on the state governance capacity and modernization, various local models, practices and politics of governance in China. Topics to be covered include China’s state governance capacity, governance modernization, local governance, corporate governance, non-profit governance, social governance, policy governance, environmental governance, energy governance, climate governance, civic engagement in public affairs and service delivery, China’s engagement in global governance, etc. JCG editorial office has hosted a great number of international academic seminars, inviting outstanding scholars like David H. Rosenblooom, Jane Mansbridge, Adam Przeworski, Jerry Stoke, Thomas Heberer to share opinions on the rule of law in public administration, new theories of governance as governing, co-production of public service, political representation and other topics.
