主讲人介绍：
Michel Henry Bouchet has been the Scientific Director of the Master of Science in International Finance program (MScIF) at CERAM-Sophia Antipolis between 1998 and mid-2009. M.H. Bouchet is also Director of CERAM’s Global Finance Center (www.globalfinance.org ) and manager of CERAM’s China Center in Suzhou, China. Until end-2001, he was Principal Advisor of ING Barings and Managing Director of DEFI/Developing Finance, as well as executive partner of FINCONET. Dr Bouchet worked with the Secrétariat Général de
