教育背景：
1983年7月毕业于浙江大学经济学院政治经济学专业，获学士学位。
工作经历：
2009年4月进入世界经济与政治研究所，主持世界能源研究基地工作。
此前，在原石油工业部总部、玉门油田、石油管理干部学院、中国石油天然气总公司经济研究中心和中国石油经济技术研究院从事研究工作26年（1983－2009年）；
其中，1995年10月到1997年2月在加拿大和美国从事访问研究，回国后从事国际油气战略、国际石油公司和海外油气投资环境等领域的研究和咨询工作，先后主持重大研究和咨询项目20余项。
