主讲人简介：
1. 舒耕德（Gunter Schubert），现为德国图宾根大学大中华与韩国研究系教授，欧洲当代台湾研究中心创建人和主任。他的主要研究领域为中国地方治理改革、政府与私人企业家关系、台湾内部政治、中国的民族主义等。Gunter Schubert教授论著颇丰，曾在The China Quarterly、Modern China、The China Journal、Journal of Contemporary China、Asian Survey等多家知名比较政治学、中国研究期刊上发表文章。

2. 李安娜（Anna Ahlers），现为挪威奥斯陆大学助理教授。她的研究兴趣涵盖了当代中国政治体制、中国地方治理及政策执行等。她近期出版的专著有Rural Policy Implementation in Contemporary China: New Socialist Countryside（Routledge，2014），Participation and Empowerment at the Grassroots（Rowman & Littlefield，2012, with Gunter Schubert）等，并与Schubert教授合作在The China Quarterly、Modern China、The China Journal等期刊发表文章。
