主讲人简介：
Dr. Simon Yung Yau received professional training in building control in the Buildings Department, Hong Kong SAR Government. He obtained his PhD from the University of Hong Kong in 2006, and then worked as a Post-doctoral Fellow there. Since August 2007, Dr. Yau has been lecturing and researching at the Department of Public and Social Administration, City University of Hong Kong. His research interests include housing economics and finance, resident behaviour in housing, and public policies related to building safety, housing management, development control, urban renewal and heritage conservation.
