2015年3月12日下午3点，应李江副教授之邀，国际科学计量学与信息计量学学会(ISSI)主席Prof. Dr. Ronald Rousseau来访我院，并与我院部分师生交流。Prof. Dr. Ronald Rousseau 1949年出生于比利时Antwerp，1977年获得Leuwen大学数学博士学位，1992年获得Antwerp大学图书情报博士学位，2001年获得科学计量学领域最高奖——Price奖，是国际信息计量学与科学计量学会议创始人之一。
首先，Prof. Rousseau参与了信息资源管理系信息计量课题组的seminar。课题组成员分别以“Publication delay and impact factor”、“Academic evaluation of Non-English journals”、“Knowledge diffusion in China’s humanities and social sciences”、“Collaboration between China and Germany in Physics”、“Comparative research on PKU and ZJU’s scientific outputs in Chemistry”等为主题汇报，Prof. Rousseau逐一点评，并给予详细指导。
Prof. Rousseau分别以“Egghe’s g-index is not a proper concentration meas”和“Uncited papers, uncited authors and uncited topics: a case study in library and information science”为题向师生做学术报告，学生们踊跃向Prof. Rousseau提问，Prof. Rousseau对学生们的知识基础大为赞赏。学术交流在愉快的氛围中圆满结束，报告会由李江副教授主持。
