2015年9月14日上午，我校土地管理系与剑桥大学土地经济系博士生专题研讨会在浙江大学启真圆正酒店正式举行。我院土地管理系吴宇哲老师、张蔚文老师、郑盛老师与剑桥大学土地经济系Dr. Helen Bao、Dr. Thies Lindenthal以及来自两校的研究生参与了该专题研讨会。研讨会在吴宇哲老师富有想象力的开场白下拉开了帷幕，简短的演讲以“联系·友谊·未来”三个词语为主线，从浙江大学与剑桥大学之间的渊源出发，立足目前两校之间的合作，展望了浙江大学土地管理系与剑桥大学土地经济系之间未来可能的发展。随后，Dr. Bao向在座浙江大学土地管理系的研究生介绍了剑桥大学与剑桥大学土地经济学的基本情况，在大家的期待下，又邀请Nikodem Szumilo具体向大家介绍了去往剑桥大学留学，奖学金申请等相关的信息，同学们受益非常。
会议进行到重要的部分，来自剑桥大学的Jose Bermeo、David Gawith和Pawel Krasny博士生在Dr. Thies Lindenthal的主持下，分别从土地经济的不同研究方向出发，做了题为De-risking housing finance in developing countries: Alternative risk data sources and carbon finance subsides from the building carbon credentials、Scrutinising the adaptation myth—An empirical analysis of the constraints on adaptation in New Zealand agriculture、What should I do to make you happy?—Using perceptions of the city to guide urban policy and urban projects evaluation in the EU的报告。浙江大学博士生曹裕、王乾熙和吴丹在郑盛老师的主持下从中国现状出发研究土地管理问题，分别做了题为The satisfaction decision of land expropriation from the perspective of farmers’ willingness: procedural fairness, monetary compensation and behavioral simulation in the IAD extend decision framework、Rural land system of China: Origin and Development、Can peer punishment reduce the free-riding behavior in the group contract for the control of non-point source pollution?—A preliminary experimental design的研究报告。在聆听了来剑桥大学和浙江大学六位同学的报告后，在场的老师同学针对报告提出了不同的问题，并进行了深入的交流。
最后，张蔚文老师进行了富有激情的结束演讲，不仅表达了对两校学生的期望，更是对未来两校的合作展示满满的信心。研讨会结束后，与会人员进行了深入的交流。
