主讲人简介：复旦大学社会学本科、硕士，2012年获美国普渡大学（Purdue University)社会学博士，现任复旦大学社会学系副教授、系副主任，主要研究方向为社会不平等、教育、文化与宗教、定量研究方法，其成果发表在《社会学研究》、Social Science Research, Journal for the Scientific Study of Religions, The Sociological Quarterly, Chinese Sociologial Review，China Quarterly 等多家中外知名期刊上发表。
