Prof. Sebastian Santander 简介：
Prof. Santander is a Full Professor (professeur ordinaire) at the Department of Political Science of the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Criminology from the University of Liège. His research interests include:
* Power construction of Emerging countries and global political governance: self-perception, international recognition and capabilities
* Regionalism, interregionalism in world politics and the international diffusion of supranational norms:
- European Regionalism (EU as an international actor),
- US Regionalism
- Latin American Regionalism (Mercosur, ALBA, Pacific Allliance)
* Latin America in world politics
* The Foreign Policy of the United States and Emerging Powers (Brazil)
