Prof. Dr. Ronald Rousseau 1949年出生于比利时Antwerp，1977年获得Leuwen大学数学博士学位，1992年获得Antwerp大学图书情报博士学位，2001年荣获科学计量学领域最高奖——Price奖。是国际信息计量学与科学计量学会创始人之一。国际科学计量学与信息计量学学会(ISSI)前任主席。
报告内容简介
In Leiden Manifesto, 10 principles have been proposed to guide research evaluation all over the world. It is shown that the use of Flanders’ regional bibliographic information system in a performance-based research funding system corresponds to a large extent with the principles of the Leiden Manifesto. Yet, it is argued that there is still room for improvement. We offer this Flemish perspective on the Leiden Manifesto as a suggestion to colleagues worldwide to compare their local bibliographic information systems with the principles set forth in the Leiden Manifesto.
