Hua Fang Li is an assistant professor in the School of Public, Nonprofit & Health Administration at Grand Valley State University. He earned a PhD in the School of Public Administration at Rutgers University. his research interests are research methods, public and nonprofit management, and comparative public administration with a focus on China.
Yuan (Daniel) Cheng is an assistant professor in leadership and management at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs. He earned a joint PhD in public policy in the School of Public & Environmental Affairs and the Department of Political Science at Indiana University, Bloomington. His research interests are broadly in central-local relationship in environmental policy implementation, collaborative management, law and economics, and the nonprofit organizations' role in the policy process.
