主讲人简介：
Saeed博士是巴基斯坦信息技术大学（ITU）科学计量实验室主任和教师，研究兴趣涉及数据科学、科学计量学和文本挖掘等领域，在著名的国际期刊和会议中发表50余篇论文。Saeed博士获得James A. Linen III纪念奖，还获得了Clarivate Analytics授予Eugene Garfield引文分析创新荣誉奖。
Dr. Saeed UL Hassan is the Director of Scientometrics Lab and a faculty member at Information Technology University (ITU), a former Post-Doctorate Fellow at the United Nations University – with more than 15 years of hands-on experience of advanced statistical techniques, artificial intelligence, and software development client work. He earned his Ph.D. in the field Information Management from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He has also served as a Research Fellow at National Institute of Informatics in Japan.
Dr. Saeed’s research interests lie within the areas of data science, scientometrics, bibliometric tools for evidence-based research policy formulation, information retrieval and text mining. He has published more than 50 papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings including highly reputed venues like TKDE, WWW, JCDL, Journal of Infometrics and Scientometrics. Dr. Saeed is also the recipient of James A. Linen III Memorial Award in recognition of his outstanding academic performance. He has been awarded Eugene Garfield Honorable Mention Award for Innovation in Citation Analysis by Clarivate Analytics, Thomson Reuters.
