WU Yuzhe

Prof. Yuzhe WU received his Ph.D. degree at Zhejiang University in 2005. In 2004, he was awarded a doctoral fellowship from Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. He was a visiting scholar in University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill during the period between 2011 and 2012. Now he is head and professor in Department of Land Management at Zhejiang University, and the president of the Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management. His research activities include urbanization, land use policy, sustainable development, and land use planning. He has published many academic papers in SSCI journals including Land Use Policy and Cities. He is an editorial member of Habitat International, Journal of Urban Management, and International Journal of Construction Management.
