Professor Miao Qing is working on research including social enterprise, charity management, CSR, leadership in public sectors. He has visited and established close ties with many institute from US, UK, Australia, Korea, Sigapore and Slovenia. His work has been published at leading management journal like "Leadership Quarterly" "public Administration" and "International Journal of HRM". Overseas students and scholars would be highly welcome to work together in the eara of international comparison of relevant topics.
