CHEN Jianjun

Dr. Chen Jianjun, born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, is a professor of School of Public Affairs at Zhejiang University. Prof. Chen is also the executive director of Center for Urban and Regional Development Studies of Zhejiang University, the vice chairman of The Regional Science Association of China(RSAC), the vice chairman of teaching-direction commission of urban management of RSAC. Prof. Chen holds membership of the regional planning group of Yangtze River Delta of National Development and Reform Commission, and membership of the Advisory Committee of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Economic Coordination Committee (also known as Joint Mayor Meeting of the Yangtze River Delta). Prof. Chen is an expert advisory committee member of Hangzhou metropolitan Circles, a member of Hangzhou Municipal Government Decision Advisory Committee, and a council members of China Industrial Economics Association. His research field is urban development and management, political economics, regional economics and industrial economics.
