Short Bio
Shizong Wang, Professor in the School of Public Affairs at Zhejiang University. He received his MA degree in Philosophy of Science and Ph.D. in Public Administration both from Zhejiang University. His fields of research include governance theory, local governance in China, local government’s innovation. He has published several scholarly articles on these topics, and authored two monographs Public Policy: Theories and methods(2003) and Governance Theory and it’s Applicability in China(2009).
