YANG Wanjiang

Dr. WanjiangYang, tutor of a Ph.D. student, is a professor on agricultural economics and management at school of management, Zhejiang University now. His research focuses on agricultural economics and rural development. Professor Yang has taken charge of one general NSFC project; one major, one key, one general and one youth NSSFC project for each; and one major project supported by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Agriculture for each and more than ten major or key projects supported by Zhejiang  province. All of these make him an experienced professor.

Professor Yang published more than 60 papers, 7 academic books, and earned 4 provincial awards. Dr. Wanjiang Yang is the executive director of Chinese Foreign Agricultural Economic Association among four national and provincial Societies. He isan editorial board member of Journal of World Agriculture. He is the director of the research office and post scientist of department of Rice Industrial Economy, China Agriculture Research System. And he is appointed as a visiting scientist in Guangdong provincial Agricultural Research Service. Besides, he is a board member of the Soft Science Committee on Agriculture in Zhejiang Province and a lecturer team member of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee.
