China Academy for Rural Development (CARD) was included in the Top 100 University Think Tanks of CTTI

On December 22nd, the 2018 China Think Tank Governance and Theoretical Exchange Summit Forum was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu. At the conference, the think tank China Academy for Rural Development (CARD), Zhejiang University was awarded the “Top 100 University Think Tanks of China Think Tank Index (CTTI)” A certificate. The article of Professor Huang Zuhui, the present Chairman of CARD, was named one of “2018 CTTI Outstanding Achievements”.

 

The “China Think Tank Governance Summit Forum” is a professional forum co-organized by the China Think Tank Research and Evaluation Center at Nanjing University (CTTREC) and Think Tank Research and Release Center of Guangming Daily (TTRRC). The forum aims to build a new type of think tank community with the principle of openness, cooperation and sharing, and is held annually every December since 2016. This year, nearly one thousand experts and scholars from the circle of scientific research and think tanks participated and discussed on the theme of “Construction of Think Tanks: Facilitating Reform and Opening up and High-quality Development”. Professor Zhang Zhonggen, the Deputy Chairman of CARD, was invited to deliver a speech to introduce think tanks’ challenges and solutions with the case of CARD. At the conference, CCTREC and TTRRC jointly announced latest information about Chinese think tanks, including the 2018 CTTI Report, “Top 100 University Think Tanks of CTTI” and “2018 CTTI Outstanding Achievements”.
