    The Master of International Affairs and Global Governance program foster leaders and senior professionals in future international affairs and global governance that systematically studies the professional knowledge of international politics,economy, public administration and Chinese politics and diplomacy, mastering a foreign language (mastering Chinese by foreign students) and having a certain second language ability.

  • Quality requirements

    This program requires students to adhere to the style of study based on seeking truth from facts, sense of social responsibility and teamwork, acquire theoretical knowledge of international relations, management and economics, pay attention to theoretical and knowledge innovation, systematically master the methods and tools for analyzing and researching international affairs, and understand The forefront of international affairs and development trends, grasp both qualitative research and quantitative research of the basic ability and ability to verbally or in writing to show the academic achievements of the academic exchange ability.

    The IFGG program’s core curriculum includes graduate-level coursework in international relations,global governance,management and economics.For international students,you can elect the following 2 courses: Chinese Language and Introduction of China ; and Public Training Courses.

  • Professional Report and Graduation Dissertation

    The program values students’ increasing understanding towards a real world and real global governance. It is devoted to enhancing students’ ability of describing and demonstrating a real world and Master the ability to describe and handle international affairs.Therefore, the program establishes special module in which the supervisor guides students’ study group to carry out field work and complete graduation dissertation in stages, with research projects as the carrier.

  1. Master's students should read more than 30 most relevant or novel literatures of important journals during their study period, read more than 5 articles and submit their reading reports.

  2. Towards the end of your first year study, students start to prepare for their Masters thesis.
